Rippon Homes will open the door to a new show home in Wingerworth, near Chesterfield, on 31st January, giving buyers the first opportunity to step inside one of the development’s new properties.

Home buyers are invited to join the house builder from 10.30am at the Kings Meadow development to view the aspirational four-bedroom Hatfield-style home, which is part of the house builder’s new collection of 51 homes on Deerlands Road.

Ian Dyke, Managing Director at Rippon Homes, comments: “Home buyers are invited to join us to discover the family-friendly properties we have available at Kings Meadow and the inspirational interior design of our new show home.

“For the first time, home buyers will have an opportunity to take a look inside one of the new homes we are building here and see for themselves the spacious designs and high specification finishes.

“We are delighted to be officially launching this new development and look forward to receiving feedback from visitors and home buyers alike.”

The Hatfield show home is a high specification property featuring impressive interior design from interior design company Fiona Nix.

A cream and vintage floral theme runs throughout the main living areas of the Hatfield, with the classically styled fully fitted kitchen from bespoke kitchen designer David Charles Kitchens complemented by pink floral soft furnishings.

Designed as a space for entertaining, the dining room offers added wow-factor with glitter embossed wallpaper and brushed steel furniture providing a high-end feel, while the spacious living room, which features French doors opening onto the garden, provides a softer finish with a cream, sage and lilac colour scheme, reflecting the relaxing nature of the room.

The study provides a calm and quiet sanctuary with wood panel effect wallpaper and vintage-style furniture.

Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom, complete with en-suite, has been designed to offer a romantic atmosphere, with brushed steel furniture and pearly printed wallpaper adding an opulent feel.

Bedroom two, which has been dressed as a guest suite, delivers the ambience and luxury of a boutique hotel thanks to its shutter-style furniture and high quality finishing touches.

The attractive village setting of the development is also reflected in bedrooms three and four, which respectively feature a Scouts theme, complete with woodland feature wall, teepee and camping lamp, and a fairy woodland theme, with feature wall and textured flower curtains.

Due to the popularity of the new development, just one Westminster-style four-bedroom home is currently available to purchase.

Ian adds: “Buyers have been quick to reserve homes off-plan and as a result we have only one home available on phase one.

“Those who are interested in purchasing a new high specification home in this attractive village are encouraged to join us for our show home opening.”

Homes are available with the Government supported Help to Buy scheme, which allows buyers to purchase a new home using a 5% deposit and 75% mortgage, backed up with a 20% equity loan provided by the Government.

The show home opening weekend will take place from 10.30am to 5.30pm on Saturday 31st January and Sunday 1st February.

Kings Meadow is open between 10.30am and 5.30pm, Thursday to Monday. For more details go to ripponhomes.co.uk.
