Special event marks the launch of new Wingerworth show home
The team behind a new development of homes in Wingerworth, near Chesterfield, have celebrated its success at an event to mark the launch of a new show home.
Workers at Rippon Homes were invited to the special event at Kings Meadow, on Deerlands Road, where they could take a look around the beautifully appointed four-bedroom home, while toasting the success of the development.
Kings Meadow is proving popular with home buyers, who have been quick to snap up all of the available properties on phase one.
As a result, the house builder has now released a number of new homes, including three and four-bedroom properties, in order to keep up with demand.
Ian Dyke, Managing Director at Rippon Homes, comments: “We’ve been overwhelmed by the response from buyers, as they have been quick to reserve off-plan in order to not miss out on owning a home at this popular development.
“We have now released a number of new homes in order to keep up with the demand from buyers.
“This event allowed us the perfect opportunity to thank our staff for all of their hard work, while also celebrating the success of the development.
“Those wanting a new high specification property in an attractive village setting are invited to come and view our show home and discover for themselves why Kings Meadow is proving to be so popular.
“For the first time, home buyers can step inside one of our new Kings Meadow homes and see for themselves the spacious design, high specification finishes and inspirational interior design.”
Home buyers are now invited to visit the development to view the aspirational Hatfield-style show home, which is part of the development of 51 homes.
The Hatfield show home is a high specification property, which has been given the finishing touch by interior design company Fiona Nix.
The high specification show home features a cream and vintage floral theme throughout the main living areas, including the classically styled fully fitted kitchen from bespoke designer David Charles Kitchens.
Homes are available with the Government supported Help to Buy, which allows buyers to purchase with a 5% deposit and 75% mortgage, backed up by a 20% equity loan, and Rippon’s part-exchange scheme, which allows buyers to enjoy a smooth hassle-free move to a new home.
Ian adds: “Whether you’re a first-time buyer looking for some help onto the property ladder or a second-time buyer looking to move to a bigger home, we’ve got a home buying scheme that could help you.”
Homes are priced from £162,500.
Kings Meadow is open between 10.30am and 5.30pm, Thursday to Monday. For more details go to ripponhomes.co.uk.
