Linden Homes North is gearing up for an egg-stra special Easter treat – the opening of a brand new show home in East Yorkshire.

Putting the bounce into the Bank Holiday Weekend, the house builder is poised to officially unveil its fabulous family show home at the Bradley Meadow development in Market Weighton.

A number of the new homes at this cracking site have already been snapped up from plan – and the first of the 99 two, three and four-bedroom homes are due for completion this Spring.

The four-bedroom Newbury will open its doors to the public, potential purchasers who have already expressed an interest in the development as well as specially invited guests during the themed Easter weekend – starting from Easter Saturday, April 4 at 10am.

A stunning four-bedroom detached property, the Newbury is the perfect family home thanks to its spacious ground floor comprising separate lounge and open plan kitchen, dining room and family room. Four generous sized bedrooms make up the first floor, with ensuite to the master bedroom and family bathroom serving the rest of the bedrooms.

During the open day on Sunday, there’s also a chance for visitors to win £10,000 in the Safe Cracker game with Minster FM, who will be at the opening between 10am and 2pm.

Linden Homes North sales manager Julie Hubbard said: “We are really looking forward to opening this wonderful show home at what is fast becoming a very popular development, thanks to the quality and style of properties and its carefully chosen location.”

The development has attracted huge interest since it opened its doors a few months ago, and current prices range from £194,950 to £279,950.

The name Bradley Meadow was chosen to remember the 7ft 9 inch tall ‘Yorkshire Giant’ William Bradley, who died aged 33 in 1820, and was buried inside the church.

His house still stands on Market Hill and the A1079 road, which passes Market Weighton, and is named Giant Bradley Way. The town boasts its own monument to him and his chair still has pride of place in the local pub.

Market Weighton, with its long history dating back 750 years, is perfectly positioned between the bustling centres of Beverley and York.

The local area also offers excellent educational and recreational facilities and boasts its own eclectic history.

The sales and marketing suite are currently open daily from 10.30am until 5pm. For details of this and other developments, visit lindenhomes.co.uk.
