With schools within walking distance, plus green spaces and sports pitches nearby, new homes in Hinckley are ideally placed for buyers with children.

Park View has just launched with properties at the Redrow development now available to buy ‘off plan’ to give eager buyers the pick of the properties.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), says: “Potential purchasers have expressed keen interest in the homes we’re building at Park View in Hinckley. We already have a database of more than 100 people and as the transformation of the former commercial and industrial site progresses we’ve seen an increase in enquiries. With that in mind we’ve decided to satisfy buyers’ curiosity by releasing the properties for sale ‘off plan’. Those who act fast will not only have more choice than those who wait, they’ll also be able to take advantage of pre-showhome prices.”

Located on Coventry Road, Park View will offer 106 homes for private sale in a choice of three and four-bedroom designs. The properties are from the sought-after Heritage Collection, which combines traditional Arts & Crafts inspired architecture with high specification interiors designed to meet the demands of modern family living.

Current prices range from £224,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached Letchworth to £312,995 for a four-bedroom detached Cambridge.

Help to Buy equity loans are available on all of the properties, giving customers with a 5% deposit the chance to reduce the initial cost of homeownership by up to 20%. Crucially, the loan is interest free for five years.

The 122-home development will also include 16 affordable homes. As part of its plans for the site, Redrow has agreed to invest around £400,000 in the local area including contributions to public open space, education and the creation of a pedestrian crossing.

“Location is a key factor for buyers to consider when choosing a new home and Park View is ideally placed,” Pauline adds.

“It’s particularly well suited for families as some of the properties will overlook the green spaces and sports pitches of neighbouring Clarendon Park. Plus Westfield Infants and Junior Schools are less than 10 minutes’ walk away.”

Local shops on Rugby Road will cater for homeowners’ daily needs; while Hinckley town centre offers a wider choice of retail outlets and is home to regular markets.

The sales office at Park View is open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5.30pm. For more information see redrow.co.uk/parkview.
