New 4-bed detached homes in Helsby to be ready for summer

Lancet Homes’ have announced details of the new four bedroom detached homes that will be ready to move into late summer at its Mere’s Edge development in Helsby.

The new four bedroom house designs are the Ascot and the Newbury. Both offer alternative elevations and floor plans. In keeping with the high degree of individuality offered on this select development, only two of each design are available.

The Ascot offers over 1,220 square feet of living space spread over three floors. The ground floor features contemporary open plan kitchen dining with bi-fold doors opening on to the rear garden. With Help to Buy home buyers need only a 5% deposit and a mortgage offer of 75% to buy their new home. Help to Buy enables both first time buyers and people with a property to sell to secure a Government funded equity loan for up to 20% of the price of their new home. The equity loan is interest free for the first five years and can be repaid when the property is sold or after 25 years.
