A Hog roast, champagne and children’s entertainment will be the order of the day when Redrow hosts a special event at its Weaver Park development in Hartford.

On Saturday July 18, homebuyers are being invited to the new venture to see the menu of homes on offer and enjoy a summer drink and delicious food. Entertainment on the day will be courtesy of a face painter and balloon modeller.

Between 12pm and 4pm, visitors will be able to find out more about the range of detached four-bedroom homes currently available and about the further three and four-bedroom homes that are coming soon.

They’ll also be able to find out more about the tempting incentives available to make moving easier, including the Government backed Help to Buy scheme, which offers purchasers a 20% equity loan so they can buy with just a 5% deposit.

Jason Newton, sales director for Redrow Homes (NW), said: “Our hog roast event is the perfect chance for Hartford buyers to discover the joys of living at Weaver Park. As well as enjoying an array of tasty treats they can chat at their leisure to our friendly sales consultants about the homes available with a glass of champagne in hand and while the children are having their faces painted.”

The family homes at Weaver Park hail from Redrow’s Arts and Crafts inspired Heritage Collection which marries traditional exteriors and high specification contemporary interiors.

There are three fully-furnished showhomes at Weaver Park which homebuyers can also take look around on the day which are the three-bedroom ‘Worcester’ and the four bedroom ‘Oxford’ and ‘Cambridge’ house types. A four-bedroom ‘Stratford’ housetype is home to the sales office adding to the styles that would-be buyers will be able to get a good feel for.

Stylish, family-friendly kitchens are well equipped with integrated top brand name appliances, while bathrooms and en suites boast white suites, chrome taps and exquisite tiling.

The pretty village of Hartford lies just south west of Northwich in the heart of Cheshire. Northwich station, which is a 13-minute drive away, has regular trains to Chester and Manchester while Hartford station itself, which is within easy walking distance, offers connections to Crewe, Liverpool and beyond.

The hog roast event will take place on Saturday July 18, between 12pm and 4pm at the development which is accessed via School Lane.
