Following the spectacular success of previous phases at the Hampton Grange development in Sundridge Park, Bromley, Bellway Homes is pleased to announce the launch of Trinity Apartments, a collection of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses situated within the carefully restored Grade II listed Freelands building, this autumn.

Hampton Grange has proved exceptionally popular with all of the new Academy Apartments sold on the opening day last September, and all 11 five bedroom detached houses now sold. The opportunity to buy an apartment as part of the sympathetic regeneration of the original Tudor building is available in the Trinity Apartments, for which potential purchasers are encouraged to register their interest now.

The history of the Freelands can be traced as far back as the 1500s, when it was a stunning Tudor manor house, and became a prestigious girls’ school from 1888 until 2005. Now to be turned into an exclusive collection of apartments, the Trinity Apartments offers a unique opportunity offering everything required for modern living, with all the character and charm of the history that goes before it. Where possible, the original features are being retained, including the external façade and impressive communal entranceway staircase.

Speaking of the regeneration of the Freelands estate, Bronagh Lynch from Consarc Design Group, the architect at Hampton Grange said: “Our aim has been to retain as much of the historic fabric as possible in order to retain the building’s character. New timber sliding sash windows have been used in the style of the original windows, and each apartment will have its own unique characteristics, much like the new houses. New features integrated to bring the homes up to date include a lift for access to the upper floors, as well as contemporary kitchens and bathrooms.”

Peter Knights, Sales Director at Bellway Homes Thames Gateway comments: “Hampton Grange is such a unique development, with brand new apartments and detached homes, as well as the renovation of several Grade II listed buildings. Freelands is a stunning period building and we are striving to retain as many of the original features as possible to keep the history intact. We are extremely proud of what Hampton Grange is achieving, and we feel sure that prospective homeowners will get a sense of that too.”

The homes combine a unique heritage setting with a high quality modern specification, including kitchens that feature modern units and an array of appliances. All of the bathrooms and en suites will offer sleek contemporary white sanitary ware, complemented by stylish chrome fixtures and fittings.

Nearby Bromley town centre is host to a plethora of top high street brands, while a short drive away Bluewater Shopping Centre boasts over 300 stores, a cinema and variety of restaurants. The town centre Pavilion Leisure Centre offers swimming and fitness classes, while Bromley Virgin Active is home to state-of-the-art fitness facilities and a luxury spa, ideal for all the sport and leisure pursuits locals could need. Adjacent to Hampton Grange is Sundridge Park Golf Course, and close by Sundridge Park Lawn Tennis and Squash Rackets Club offers play, coaching and social events for members.

Hampton Grange is well connected, with Sundridge Park train station just half a mile from the development, offering peak time connections to London Charing Cross and Cannon Street in under 35 minutes. Bromley South station, a short drive from Hampton Grange, boasts direct journeys into London Victoria and St Pancras International stations in as little as 22 minutes.
