Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles at RAI CV Show

The versatile new Volkswagen Caddy Maxi is set to make its world debut at The European Road Transport Show in Amsterdam. The show, the most comprehensive of its kind in Europe and home to over 350 exhibitors spread across 11 halls, will run between October 26h and November 3rd with a press day held on the eve of the public opening on October 25th.

Members of the media will be able to get their first glimpse of the vehicle at a press conference hosted on the Volkswagen stand at 11:00 am on Thursday 25th October. The Caddy Maxi Life will be joined by a total of 22 vehicles on the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles stand. These include two environmental initiatives; the gas-powered Caddy EcoFuel and the innovative Caddy BlueMotion. Current examples of the popular Caddy, Transporter and Crafter vans, the Caravelle people carrier and California campervan will also be present.

The passenger carrying Caddy Maxi Life made its world debut at the Frankfurt motor show last month. The new Caddy Maxi Life benefits from a 47 cm gain in overall length over the existing Caddy model and joins the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles van line-up between the Caddy and Transporters ranges. Details of payloads and engine availability along with images will be revealed at the show.
