New homes in Walton, Warrington, are in high demand – with six early bird reservations already in place before the properties are officially released for sale.

Hall Gardens is an exclusive gated development of just 14 homes, the first of which will be released onto the market this weekend (September 12/13).

The launch has been keenly awaited by eager buyers and with a visit to the sales centre they will be able to view the floor plans and talk to the friendly sales executives about the properties available. But due to the high volume of enquiries from would-be homeowners, swift action will be required.

Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, says: “We knew from the sell-out success of Gosling Park in Croft that there’s a real demand for large and luxurious homes in and around Warrington. However, we’ve still been pleasantly surprised by the number of people who have not only registered their interest in Hall Gardens but who are so keen to move here that they’ve made ‘early bird’ reservations, giving them first refusal on their preferred properties.

“We’re now contacting those who had enquired to invite them to make an appointment to find out more about the properties and the advantages of buying early, particularly as there are only 14 homes available.”

Located on Chester Road, Hall Gardens will offer a choice of four and five-bedroom designs in a mix of new build and converted properties spanning up to 2,100 sq ft.

The initial release will include two styles of five-bedroom homes priced from £549,995 to £574,995.

“Our new homes are built for living and, unlike older properties, won’t require lots of costly repairs and renovations,” Marie adds.

“Buying a new home means that instead of having to put up with the previous owners’ décor and if you purchase ‘off plan’ before the property’s built you can customise it by choosing things like the kitchen cabinets and worktops and the bathroom tiles.”

The new homes enjoy an idyllic location as there’s a woodland to the rear of the development, while also benefiting from easy access to the motorway network and just a short walk from the cosmopolitan culture of Stockton Heath.

Buyers will find everything they need to know about the neighbourhood and their new home in their Home User Guide (HUG).

The sales centre at Hall Gardens opens this weekend (September 12/13). Prospective purchasers can register their interest in Hall Gardens by visiting elan-homes.co.uk/hall-gardens.
