Finance offer extended for Volkswagen Transporter

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has extended its market-leading contract hire and finance lease offer on the Transporter van, which is now available from £209 a month (excluding VAT) until 30 September 2008. This offer also includes free servicing and maintenance for three years or 30,000 miles (whichever comes first).

Volkswagen is able to offer such a competitive and affordable finance package thanks to the Transporter’s renowned durability, high residual values and competitive whole life costs. The offer applies to all models in the Transporter van range, including Sportline models.

As well as underlining the affordability of the Transporter, this finance offer gives customers the peace of mind in the form of predictable running costs and budget control, plus the reassurance of their vehicle being serviced by highly trained Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle technicians within the nationwide network of dedicated Volkswagen Van Centres.

Monthly rental prices are the same for both contract hire or finance lease alternatives, and start from £209 a month (excluding VAT) for a Transporter T26 equipped with the 1.9 TDI engine developing 84 PS. Other models in the range, such as the T28 and T30 with the same engine, cost only slightly more at £212 and £219 a month respectively, while the T32 1.9 TDI with 102 PS is available from £245 a month.

The service and maintenance package covers all routine servicing, including oils and fluids. This is in addition to the comprehensive three year/100,000 mile warranty with three years Volkswagen Roadside Assistance available across the UK and Europe.
