Buy now to beat price hikes in Hamilton
House prices in the Hamilton area of Leicester have risen 16% in the last year and with experts predicting further increases, buying now could be prudent move.
According to latest Land Registry figures, average prices in the area have rocketed over the last 12 months. Most of the homes sold were detached properties, selling for an average of £256,562.
