Award-winning homebuilder Redrow is hoping its latest homes in North Liverpool will get top marks from purchasers when they’re released for sale this summer.

Work is due to begin on a superb 60-property development in an area once home to Redbridge and Bank View High Schools in Fazakerley.

The Redbridge Park development will launch this summer but, with interest expected to be high, would-be home buyers are encouraged to register now if they are interested in owning one of its Arts & Crafts inspired family homes.

Claire Jarvis, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), said: “Redbridge Park will consist of three and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached properties from our Heritage Collection, which combines traditional exteriors with stylish and modern interiors.

“This alone puts them in a class of their own but, in such a convenient location close to Liverpool city centre and all that it offers, we are anticipating a high demand for these A* properties.”

Redbridge Park is part of the Liverpool Housing Partnership, a collaboration between Redrow, Liverpool City Council and Liverpool Mutual Homes to create 1,500 new homes across the city, and is the first of Redrow’s partnership schemes to be built in the north of the city.

Two fully furnished show homes, a three-bedroom ‘Letchworth’ semi and a four-bedroom detached ‘Oxford’, are due to open at the end of June.

Claire added: “Redbridge Park shows Redrow's continued commitment to building good quality housing and helping to create better places for people to live.

“As well as building homes we will also make a direct contribution of around £60,000 towards improving public open space in the area. Our development will also support employment in construction, the supply chain and through induced spend in local shops and businesses by those who work and subsequently live here; official figures suggest 4.3 jobs are supported for every new home built.”

Redbridge Park is ideally situated for commuters and families. Fazakerley train station is around 20 minutes away on foot for trains into Liverpool Central. There are shops and amenities locally, including Kirkby Golf Course and, of course Aintree Racecourse, home of the famous Grand National. Liverpool city centre is just 20 minutes away by car and there is good access to the M57 motorway.
