Bellway open new development in Hartlepool
Bellway has announced a new development near the seaside town of Hartlepool named after a picturesque local village.
Elwick Grove will be a select new development comprising a range of three and four bedroom homes offering open plan living spaces and integrated appliances in modern kitchens. Externally the homes will benefit from front and rear gardens and include garage facilities.

For commuters, the A19 offers routes north and south. Hartlepool Railway Station is a 10-minute drive away and offers regular services to Sunderland, Newcastle, Stockton, Middlesbrough, York and London Kings Cross.
For domestic and international air travel, Durham Tees Valley Airport is 25 minutes and Newcastle Airport 45 minutes away by car.
