Freedom, stability and ease of maintenance are among the advantages buyers can enjoy thanks to a special discount scheme being offered by Redrow in Tamworth.

Available on one and two-bedroom apartments at the popular Pennine Grange development, the deal offers buyers the chance to own 100% of a brand new home for just 85% of the price.

It could make a massive difference to people’s ability to buy, particularly for those who are renting or living with relatives when what they really want is a home of their own.

Eligible purchasers could find that they’re able to buy a one-bedroom apartment, which would usually cost £99,995, for just £84,995; while the cost of a two-bedroom apartment could be reduced from £117,995 to £100,295.

Redrow is also helping to make setting up home easier by including home essentials in the purchase price.

“For many people the apartments will represent a chance to escape the rental trap, fly the parental nest or simply make a fresh start in a home of their own,” Pauline added.

“We recognise that quite often these people won’t have their own white goods and so to make setting up home easier, we’re including a number of items buyers would usually have to source themselves. It’s a small gesture, but could make a big difference to someone’s ability to buy.”
