Fast-acting Halewood house hunters have already snapped up seventeen luxury properties at Countryside’s highly anticipated Goddard Chase development. Prices start at £269,950.

Home builder Countryside has unveiled the second of its three Knowsley developments to be launched for sale on the open market this year, offering local families the opportunity to reserve one of 113 high-quality new homes off-plan.

The three and four bedroom homes have already proven popular amongst the area’s residents, with many keen to secure their Goddard Chase home ahead of the show village launch.

Countryside is set to open the doors to its Lightoaks Drive show homes later this year, with all properties available through a range of home buying initiatives, including the popular Help to Buy scheme, which only requires a 5% deposit.

Families looking to trade in their existing property for a new, more spacious home are able to do so using Countryside’s Part Exchange scheme, through which buyers receive a helping hand in selling their house and save on estate agents fees.

Peter Vella, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Countryside, commented: “The launch of Goddard Chase is part of an exciting partnership with Knowsley Council to bring 583 new homes into the borough. The development was designed to meet the huge and increasing demand from local families in need of a larger home within a welcoming community.

“We’re seeing great demand for this development and have already made a really good number of sales prior to its launch. We would therefore urge families to act quickly if they want to secure their home at this popular location.”

Knowsley Council’s Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Economic Development, Cllr Mike Murphy, said: “It’s fantastic to see the Goddard Chase development ready to launch and already proving to be extremely popular with house-hunters.

"This is another outstanding development being delivered through Knowsley Council’s partnership with Countryside and supports our ambition of meeting the increasing demand for high quality homes both from existing residents and people who want to move to Knowsley.”

Located near Halewood train station, Goddard Chase boasts excellent transport links into Liverpool City Centre, Manchester and Warrington.

The sales and marketing suite is open 11am – 6pm, Monday to Thursday, at Lightoaks Drive, Halewood, Liverpool, L26 1DY. For more information, visit oddardchase.co.uk.
