Liverpool house hunters have snapped up new properties just in time for summer, with only three homes left at Countryside’s Queen Mary Place development in Walton. Prices start at £157,950.

Local buyers have scooped 133 out of 136 new three-bedroom family homes at the Long Lane development since its launch in 2015, many of whom have taken advantage of the Help to Buy scheme that provides a 20% five-year, interest-free loan.
