Londoners take a breath of fresh air at Feature 17

According to a recent report commissioned by the Greater London Authority, The London Borough of Waltham Forest has a 26 per cent proportion of public open green space, making it one of the top five greenest borough’s in the capital. In addition, the report further revealed that that the impact on the average house price for homes within close proximity to open space is over £900 per year.
