A New Year’s resolution to buy a home at Liverpool’s popular Aigburth Grange will be made easier thanks to a team of experts offering free advice.

Elan Homes is hosting an event, on January 13th, to help guide customers who want to purchase their dream property at the South Liverpool development using Help to Buy.

In keeping with more than 120,000 homebuyers who have already used the Government-backed equity loan scheme to reduce the initial cost of homeownership, representatives from Plus Dane, the North West’s Help to Buy agent, can help visitors who want to take advantage of the initiative.

They will be joined by Elan’s sale executives and financial advisors from RSC New Homes too, to complete the expert team of advisors for buyers.

Said Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North: “This event will help clear up some of the mysteries behind Help to Buy, including if homebuyers are eligible, which properties they can buy using the scheme, what deposit they will need to raise and how much interest they will pay.

“It’s a straight forward process made even more simple by a team of advisors who can be with buyers every step of the way, providing guidance.

“Help to Buy has helped to make Aigburth Grange the success it has been with homebuyers, with more than 75% of the homes already sold.”

Current availability at Aigburth Grange includes a three-bedroom Glossop style property priced from £239,995.

Help to Buy reduces the price to an initial outlay of £191,996. Typically, someone using the scheme would require a 5% deposit of £11,999.75, plus a 75% mortgage for £179,996.25. The remaining 20% of £47,999 is covered by the equity loan. Crucially the equity loan is interest free for five years.

As an added bonus, carpets, turf to the rear garden and £1000 towards legal fees, are being to buyers of The Glossop on plot 38.

The location of the development, just a few miles from the city centre, has proved as popular with homebuyers as the leafy suburbs of the established residential area surrounding the homes.

Located on Aigburth Road, the new homes offer a wealth of facilities on their doorstep, including Liverpool’s famous bohemian street, Lark Lane and the magnificent 235 acre, Grade 1 historic Sefton Park.

For the latest availability and pricing, visit the development, open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5pm, see elan-homes.co.uk/developments/aigburth-grange.
