Gregory takes win at Landrake

14th May 2008 Print
Round three of the British Masters championship took place at the weekend, held at the ever popular Landrake circuit near Plymouth, with Lewis Gregory showing great form after recent injury woes.

Starting out in striking style, Lewis took the lead in race one half way round the first lap and continued to lead for the rest of the race to take the win.

A first turn incident left Lewis with work to do in race two, but another strong ride throughout the 25-minute race saw Lewis capture third place in the race and seal the overall victory.

Team Relentless Manager, Rob Hooper commented, “Lewis has shown he can come back strong and start to make up for those points missed in the previous rounds, I'm very happy with the results and look forward to the next meeting.”

Lewis will head off for two weeks of European Championship rounds in Portugal and then Spain, with Jamie Law in his first MX3 World Championship.
