8th February 2007 Print
A new Alliance & Leicester Premier ISA account paying 7.00% pa gross/AER is being launched for customers opening an Alliance & Leicester Premier Current Account and will be available for a limited period only.

This follows the very successful Premier Regular Saver offer, which was closed on 7 February 2007. Other previous offers have included all new Premier customers receiving a £150 holiday voucher and the ongoing ‘Recommend A Friend’ incentive. This latest Premier ISA offer will provide an unrivalled interest rate for tax efficient savings.

The new Premier ISA product is designed to encourage people to take advantage of their annual ISA allowance and offers a simple and straightforward way to save, along with instant access to their funds.

Ross Dalzell, Manager for Savings at Alliance & Leicester said: “Alliance & Leicester’s current accounts are recognised as being amongst the best on the market, and this new ISA offer makes it even more attractive to switch.

“For a limited period, we will be offering all new Premier Current Account customers the chance to earn a very attractive 7% interest on their ISA allowance, with the new linked Premier ISA.

“This offer is particularly appealing to those people who haven’t already used their ISA allowance for this current tax year – if they take advantage of the offer before 5 April 2007, they will benefit from this great rate for both the 2006/07 and 2007/08 tax years.”
