Businesses in Birmingham to benefit from alternative approach to banking

Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank has announced the appointment of David Sheldon, Senior Manager, at the bank’s West Midlands Business Centre, Temple Row, Birmingham, enhancing further the wealth of commercial banking experience in the team.

David Sheldon joins the Group from Anglo Irish Bank, where he specialised in a wide range of property finance. David has nearly 10 years’ banking and finance experience, starting his career with Northern Rock.

David is focusing on building a strong portfolio of clients in his new role at Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank and will be looking to concentrate on relationship management and generating new business through the Bank’s alternative approach, offering businesses better value.

David Sheldon joins the team at Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank’s West Midlands Business Centre, 43 Temple Row, Birmingham. The business centre is aimed at businesses with a turnover in excess of £1 million and with borrowing requirements between £100,000 and £5 million. The Business Centre provides competitive, bespoke support, developing strong banking relationships with both new and existing customers.
