Alliance & Leicester launches e-welcome pack for intermediaries

Alliance & Leicester has launched a new e-welcome pack for intermediaries in a bid to ensure they receive a comprehensive introduction to the company.

The e-welcome pack has been designed as part of an initiative looking at the overall way Alliance & Leicester communicates with intermediaries. Alliance & Leicester’s ‘Programme of Transformation’ aims to formalise the communication process it has with intermediaries and create a regular flow of information and updates that will help them in their day to day business.

Jill Butterwood, Intermediary Project Manager for Alliance and Leicester, comments: “Intermediaries are a valuable part of our business and we want to invest in them and ensure that they receive the best possible service from us and communication is key to this.

“The welcome pack contains a wealth of information that will guide brokers through our products as well as outlining the process of submitting applications to us and an introduction to our website.”

The e-welcome pack is sent to intermediaries once they have registered with Alliance & Leicester. It is the first step of the project with other initiatives set to be introduced soon in order to develop communications with intermediaries to ensure Alliance & Leicester has a number of different methods of contacting them that meets their needs. These include breaking news email and text messaging updates. This will mean brokers will be able to keep abreast of the latest news from Alliance & Leicester whether they are at their desk or out and about meeting clients.
