Turn over a new leaf with the HSBC business banking sale 2008

Start-ups and established businesses are set to benefit from a range of great deals and discounts on business banking products in the HSBC Sale 2008. The sale, the fourth since HSBC pioneered the concept in 2005, runs from 24 December 2007 until 29 February 2008.

Huw Morgan, head of business banking at HSBC said: “The New Year often brings with it a sense of entrepreneurship. Starting a business is a financially trying time for anyone but if you are planning to turn over a new leaf and go it alone in 2008 the savings offered in HSBC’s 2008 Sale could help make it that bit easier.”

What’s on offer?

Free business banking: 24 months free business banking for start-ups or 18 months free business banking for existing businesses who switch to HSBC

Free text message banking for three months for start-ups and switchers

Three months free business insurance: 12 months for the price of nine

25% interest ‘cash back’ on small business loans

Free card-processing set-up: Waiver of set-up fee (£200 for Secure ePayments and £150 for card present facilities) plus three months free terminal rental (saving £18 per month per standard terminal and £20 a month for Secure ePayments)

For every product sold, HSBC will donate £2 to WWF to support the HSBC Rainforest Preservation Project in Brazil. Each donation will protect a whole acre of the Serro Do Mar area within Brazil’s Atlantic Rainforest.

The 2008 Sale begins on 24 December 2007 online at businessoffers.hsbc.co.uk and in branches on 27 December 2007.
