A million reasons for speedy resolution to bank charges saga

As new figures from the Financial Services Authority (FSA) reveal that almost one million people have bank charges claims against awaiting resolution, Which? lawyer Chris Warner says:
"You could fill Wembley stadium ten times over with the people waiting on bank charges claims. It's a huge issue and has to be settled as quickly as possible.

"The important question is how many of these people are in financial difficulty? The banks have to deal with financial hardship cases as part of the FSA's waiver. If they're not doing this, not only are they ignoring the terms of the waiver but also their moral duty to their customers."
