Family Investments launches the Baby Name Game
Princess Tiaamii, Bluebell Madonna, Brooklyn, Kal-El, Jermajesty or Apple: what’s in a name? Family Investments, the UK’s leading Child Trust Fund (CTF) provider, today announces the launch of its unique Baby Name Game (babynamegame.co.uk), designed to help parents to be choose a name for their bundle of joy.Preparing for the arrival of a baby can be a stressful experience so Family Investments has created a new, fun tool to lighten the load. Expectant parents simply enter the chosen name for their little one (or let the Baby Name Game choose for them), to discover some fascinating facts. The Baby Name Game can show how the choice of name could affect their child’s future - will they find fame on the silver screen, become a sporting icon or top the UK’s rich list? The Baby Name Game will also tell you how popular a name is, both locally and nationally.
Miles Bingham, Marketing Director of Family Investments, said: “Choosing a name is another of those important hurdles for new parents and this is both a fun and informative tool to help lighten the load.”
To further relieve some of the other stresses and strains for parents-to-be, Family Investments recently introduced a unique Due Dates Service to help remind parents to claim their free £250 from the Government. The Service allows prospective parents to register with Family to receive an easy to read mini-guide explaining the CTF scheme. After their due date has passed, Family will send the new parents a timely reminder so they don’t forget to set up their child’s account.
A typical stakeholder account, topped up with the average £22 per month could mean a fund of almost £9,000 by the time their child is 18.
Mr Bingham added: “Unique tools such as the Baby Name Game and our Due Dates service confirms our place as the CTF provider that is committed to supporting parents through some of the most important decisions they will ever make for their child.”
