Foxhills launch outdoor spa treatments

There’s nothing like fresh spring air and top-to-toe pampering for a dose of the ‘feel good’ factor. Now guests at the Foxhills health spa in Surrey can combine the two with the launch of its outdoor spa treatments in the UK’s first Spa Garden.

Offering a range of relaxing treatments that promise to put the zing back into your step, the team of experienced therapists at Foxhills will ensure you leave feeling better than when you arrived.

For a blissful escape from the world, sit back and enjoy a deep tissue massage or Indian head massage in the comfort of the outdoor treatment cubicles. If a quick pre-holiday body blitz is required, book in for a manicure and fake tan application outside and sit back to admire 400-acres of Surrey countryside. Reflexology and thermal foot salve treatments are also available in the Spa Garden.

Designed by Andrew Wilson, the Spa Garden is enclosed by tall yew hedges which extend to form eight private cubicles where guests can enjoy treatments and relax in a calm, natural and private environment. Herbs, essential oils and perfumes create a sensory experience for spa guests, with grasses and birch used to reflect the to the Surrey Heath communities indigenous to the area.

Situated behind the healthspa at Foxhills, guests step out onto a lounging deck where fabulous views of the garden and woodland can be enjoyed. A terrace links to the Finnish sauna, hot tub and one of the country’s first natural swimming pools which purifies the water using plants and minerals and is absolutely chemical-free. This organic pool stimulates the circulation, energises the spirit and lowers the temperature. A central lawn provides the perfect setting for Tai Chi and core stability classes.
