Michelle Ryan gives her voice for good cause

From Zoe Slater in Walford Square to the iconic American ‘Bionic Woman’, Michelle Ryan has a wide range of parts under her acting belt. But now she’s turned her attention to a unique acting challenge – to 'give her voice' to a young boy and tell his real life story of how he has been abused but is trying to be brave for his younger sister.

This harrowing film shows real life issues affecting people of all ages and situations. In this exclusive behind the scenes web video, Michelle explains why she felt she needed to take part in the Help Give Them A Voice campaign. The aim is simple; to recruit more social workers.

This film is the one of six videos featuring other stars including Sadie Frost, Goldie, Joanna Page, Nicholas Hoult and Emilia Fox.
