New letting at Knollys House, Croydon
UBS Triton Property Fund, advised by Savills and Stiles Harold Williams, has doubled its office letting to SNC Lavalin UK at Knollys House, Addiscombe Road, Croydon.SNC Lavalin UK has taken the second and third floors comprising 16,100 sq ft (1,496 sq m), at a rent of £18.25 per sq ft (£196 per sq m), on a 12-year lease. The Canadian engineering-construction firm already occupies the tenth and eleventh floors totalling 11,660 sq ft (1,083 sq m) and has also signed an option to re-gear the leases for those floors.
Knollys House, a prominent 12-storey building close to East Croydon Station, comprises 80,801 sq ft (7,507 sq m) of office space. The fourth and part first floors remain available, ranging from 6,600 sq ft (613 sq m) to 9,000 sq ft (836 sq m) in size. Other tenants at the property include The Pension Protection Fund, British Transport Police and Atos Origin.
