Calling all commuters!

17th February 2007 Print
The Artist’s Quarter at Water Colour Linden Homes is making life even easier for homebuyers at the commuter haven of Water Colour in Redhill, where they are offering a free season ticket to all purchasers of The Artist’s Quarter apartments for two years.

For commuters making the daily trip in and out of London, it can sometimes be difficult to balance lower property prices with increased travel costs. However, with this new deal the daily expense of travelling to and from the city is taken care of by Linden for two whole years, enabling commuting customers to make savings of around £4,000.

The scheme has been introduced to celebrate the launch of The Artist’s Quarter, a collection of 36 one and two-bedroom apartments at Linden’s new flagship Water Colour village, which are already selling well.

Ian Randall, Managing Director of Linden Homes South East comments: “The Artist’s Quarter offers a haven for commuters travelling into central London, with its perfect combination of contemporary living in a countryside setting. Residents will have a variety of amenities at their fingertips and can enjoy a welcome retreat from city life in the form of the stunning Water Colour Lagoon nature reserve. This new scheme will give customers one less thing to worry about when buying a new home and finding their feet in a new location.”

Prices at The Artist’s Quarter start at £189,995 for a one-bedroom apartment. As well as the commuter deal, customers will benefit from having their legal fees paid by Linden and £1,500 in vouchers to spend on furnishing homes to their own style at Linden’s state of the art interiors store, The Furnishing Touch in Caterham.
