Charles Church South East has presented one lucky couple with a hamper bursting with local produce to say a big thank you. Ellen and Don Champion were the first residents to close a deal on a home at Bridewell Park in Wormley in 2007, and have now moved into their three-bedroom first floor apartment. They were presented with the hamper, which contained everything from locally produced eggs to wine by Sales Executive David Alexander shortly after they moved into their new home.

Ellen comments: “It was a really nice surprise to be presented with the hamper – it was an unexpected but much appreciated gesture from Charles Church. The products were of really good quality and we are already supporting the local independent stores in surrounding villages.”

The Champions, who previously lived in Bramley in Surrey, were looking to downsize as they spend a lot of their time travelling, and the apartments at Bridewell Park met all of their requirements. “We looked at other apartments in the surrounding areas, but we really wanted a three-bedroom apartment with spacious bedrooms that had built-in wardrobes,” adds Ellen. “We also wanted a big kitchen with plenty of cupboards and Bridewell Park provided us with the perfect apartment. We are looking forward to the summer months when we can relax and enjoy the beautiful garden.”
