Barratt starts work on fabulous new development in Redhill

18th March 2007 Print
CGI of Watercolour at Redhill Leading housebuilder, Barratt, has started construction work at Barratt at Watercolour, a fantastic new development of 97 new homes, including one and two-bedroom apartments and a range of two, three, four, five and even six-bedroom houses set in five acres.

In addition to new homes, this ‘village-style’ development will include a local shop, children’s day nursery, medical centre, community hall and veterinary surgery as well as green open space and a nature conservation area.

Barratt@Watercolour will offer purchasers easy access to Redhill which has some great shops, restaurants and bars, and excellent road and rail links. The journey from Redhill to London only takes about 45 minutes and Park 25 is ideally placed for access to the A23, the A25 and the M25.

Although the off-plan sales release is not scheduled to take place until late March, Barratt is already registering interest in the development from potential purchasers keen to take advantage of pre-show home prices. Of course, buying at an early stage of development has other advantages, including plenty of choice and the chance to make choices that will personalise the interior of your new home.

Prices for the first phase are anticipated to range from £299,995 for a three bedroom house to £465,995 for a four bedroom house. For further information, visit barratthomes.co.uk.
