Linden Homes has experienced a growing number of customers, opting to ease the home buying process by purchasing their properties in advance off-plan. As well as the ability to pick and choose interior style, the house will be at the end of the selling chain, meaning that off-plan buyers can bypass the gazumping threat experienced by many second hand homebuyers. Mrs Nash adds: “A few years ago we experienced a chain collapse when moving from our old home so we were pleased to avoid this happening again.”
