Open weekend 14/15th July luxury apartments in Purley

10th July 2007 Print
Silver Homes is proud to announce an open weekend on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th July at their latest development, Wakeling Manor in Foxley Lane, Purley, near Croydon.

This superb development is located on the much favoured Webb Estate and is within easy access of Purley town centre, bustling Croydon (with excellent commuting to central London), together with miles of open countryside including the delights of Epsom Downs.

Wakeling Manor sits in feature gardens behind secure electric gates, each home having allocated underground parking together with visitor parking.

As with all properties by Silver Homes, the specification is exceedingly high with polished granite work surfaces in the fully equipped quality kitchens and glamorous bathrooms with sumptuous contemporary white sanitary ware.

Concrete flooring has been installed to ensure a quiet living environment and the development provides the very highest levels of insulation and power saving; there are solar panels on the roof. Unseen from the ground, they will provide a vital source of energy, providing back up for hot water and heating over and above the standard gas insulation. In addition Silver Homes is using a UK company which specialises in recycled paper, which, in its treated format, is injected into walls providing superb insulation.

The open weekend is available to everyone between the hours of 10am and 4pm. Staff will be on hand to offer advice and visitors are welcome to stroll around, enjoy a coffee and look at the plans.

For those wishing to buy off plan there is the advantage of being able to personalise certain aspects of the home such as colour schemes and tiles and also choose the flooring – carpets, polished wood or tiles.

The apartments are also being offered at pre show home prices so securing a property at this stage of build offers a superb monetary benefit. Apartments are scheduled for occupation around December 2007.
