Live in one of the UK’s best locations without breaking the bank

Live in one of the UK’s best locations without breaking the bank Described as the ‘Beverley Hills’ of Surrey, the borough of Elmbridge is one of the top 10 best places to live in the UK, according to Channel 4’s ‘Best & Worst’ programme.

It’s also one of the most expensive counties but with companies like Fairview New Homes creating outstanding new houses and apartments at affordable prices, living here doesn’t need to be beyond the financial reach of ‘ordinary’ families.

This is certainly the case at Mosaic, Fairview New Homes’ fabulous new development just off Ray Road in West Molesey. The 21 new three and four-bedroom townhouses and mews houses, along with 10 one and two-bedroom apartments, offer excellent value for money, with four-bedroom three-storey family homes available from just £380,000!

Providing over 1315 square feet of flexible living space, these four-bedroom homes have a stylish well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room on the ground floor and two-bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, on the first floor. The upper floor, with two further bedrooms and a family bathroom, is the perfect space for teenagers, for an au-pair or for use by visiting friends and relatives.

Mosaic, which also features attractively landscaped communal areas and residents’ parking, is ideally located for commuters. The M25 and M3 are both within easy reach and the rail journey to London Waterloo only takes about 35 minutes from nearby Hampton Court station.

“We weren’t surprised when Elmbridge was judged one of the best places to live in the UK,” says Jim Holliday, sales and marketing director for Fairview New Homes, “It’s a lovely area with plenty of green open space, easy access to London and excellent schools. West Molesey is still regarded as a village and there’s plenty to do in the area. Hampton Court is only about two miles away, it’s easy to walk along the banks of the River Thames and there are plenty of opportunities for watersports.”

Fairview New Homes also offers an ‘easy move’ scheme at Mosaic; a part-exchange scheme which means purchasers can move quickly and easily without having to sell an existing home themselves. Fairview will sell your existing property, free of charge, so that you’re able to buy one of these fabulous new homes.
