Barratt has launched a high value Christmas Home Exchange offer on their popular development Highwood@Kenley Park near Purley and on the outskirts of Croydon.

Between now and Christmas Eve, Barratt Southern Counties will take 100% of the value of a purchaser’s existing home in part exchange for a new property at Highwood. Barratt will also take responsibility for preparing the Home Information Pack (HIP) for the purchaser’s existing property.
