Sales success at South Quarter in Croydon Fantastic sales success has been achieved at the launch of Barratt Kent’s New South Quarter development in Croydon, proving that an exciting development in an area of great potential can achieve outstanding sales, even in testing market conditions.

No less than 21 homes were reserved at New South Quarter over the launch weekend of 9th and 10th February, when people arrived early in the morning to get first pick of the homes as they were released for sale.
