Runnymede Borough Council has selected the new development at Albany Court, Egham in Surrey, built by developers Runnymede Homes, to receive this year's Design Award in the category of Best Housing Development (Large) Scheme.

The awards are now in their seventh year and nominations are open to all residents and businesses in Runnymede and are voted for by the members of the council's planning committee.
