Washing machines are discreetly placed in the first floor landing cupboard of each property. Laufen white bathroom suites in the main bathroom plus electric thermostatically controlled showers to the en-suites complete the contemporary feel.

Mark Shepherd, Branch Manager of Townends in Guildford comments, "whilst there are plenty of apartments being built locally, there is a distinct lack of good quality new build houses within the vicinity of Guildford town centre. The location of the houses at Ashley Chase, together with its close proximity to two main line train stations and major road links, make them ideal for commuters and families alike".

Guildford, the county town of Surrey, is located halfway between London and Portsmouth. The A3 provides easy access to the South Coast, London and most major motorways via the M25. Guildford Station is approximately 0.75 miles away and is on the main line to London Waterloo taking as little as 37 minutes. A second station, London Road, is located just over half a mile away offering services to Waterloo and London Bridge.

An excellent range of shops can be found in the town centre with the cobbled high street criss -crossed by lanes and alleyways with a great selection of designer stores, cafes and restaurants, together with three shopping malls, The Friary Centre, White Lion Walk and Tunsgate Square. The town hosts a number of arts and music events, has two theatres, a cinema multiplex and a broad selection of entertainment venues, restaurants and clubs. The Guildford Spectrum is within walking distance where you can swim, ice skate and ten pin bowl. The open air lido is also within walking distance and is open from April to mid September.
