Biometric fingerprint entry for new development in Surbiton Townends Estate Agents in Surbiton, Surrey, are marketing a development which is believed to be the first in the country to use solely the biometric fingerprint method of door entry, alleviating the need for keys and appealing to anyone who is security conscious or who has a tendency to lock themselves out.

The nine, one and two bedroom apartments at Guildford House, Alpha Road, Surbiton, Surrey are built by Housemartins (Surbiton) Ltd, whose main activities are the building and redevelopment of disused residential and commercial properties.

The flats are of timber frame design, with the ground and lower ground floor accommodation being traditionally built. All nine of these luxury apartments comprise kitchens with fitted oven and electric hob, dishwasher, washer/drier and fitted microwave.
