Beat the credit crunch, Living @ Park 25

The leading housebuilder's ‘Easy Start' scheme means customers need only take out a mortgage on 75% of the purchase price of their new home, with no deposit needed. George Wimpey then provides a rent and interest-free loan on the remaining 25% of the purchase price for up to ten years.
As an alternative, eligible first-time buyers can use the MyChoice HomeBuy initiative, which sees the government contribute to the price through a low-interest loan.
"Easy Start and MyChoice HomeBuy are two excellent ways for people to get on or move up the housing ladder," says Tim Betts, Regional Sales and Marketing Director. "Through each scheme they can take out a mortgage on a much-reduced amount, and pay off the shared-equity loan in manageable amounts."
New homes available at Living @ Park 25 include two-bedroom apartments and three, four and five-bedroom homes, with prices starting from £199,995.
Just one of the designs available now is the ‘Stirling' - a delightful two-bedroom apartment design comprising a spacious lounge/dining room with a balcony to selected plots, a contemporary open plan kitchen, an en-suite to the master bedroom and a main bathroom.
Like all new homes at the development, the ‘Stirling' enjoys a high standard specification including gas central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and hood.
In a location that ‘has everything', Living @ Park 25 is close to the shops, restaurants, pubs and leisure amenities of Redhill, a lively town in its own right, yet small enough to really get to know.
There is a weekly market and the Belfry Shopping Centre offers a great range of high street stores and numerous cafes. Centrale Shopping Centre, just 10 miles away in Croydon, provides an even bigger array of outlets.
For children, there are good schools for all ages nearby, while commuters will appreciate Redhill Station is a short walk from the development, offering regular, 35-minute services to London Victoria, and 30-minute services to Guildford, while Junction 8 of the M25 is less than 5 miles away. For those travelling further afield, Gatwick Airport is seven miles from the development.
