Barratt has reduced the price of the last three homes for sale at its popular Windsor Court development in Birtley to £159,995, down from £194,995. In addition the housebuilder will pay legal fees and include fitted carpets, curtain and white goods. The price reduction also means the homes are exempt from stamp duty.
