Get more for your money with Charles Church Purchasers may take one look at the stunning two, three and four bedroom homes at Paddock View, Charles Church's select development in Mytchett, and think they won't be able to afford one - but think again! Andy Miller, recent purchaser at the development, used Charles Church's FairShare shared equity scheme and received a great deal more for his money than he thought possible.

Andy purchased The Arden housetype, a two bedroom home featuring a spacious living room with French doors leading to the garden and a fitted kitchen benefiting from a stainless steel integrated oven, hob and extractor hood. He said: "I was aware of the Charles Church reputation for quality and I wasn't disappointed. The house I've chosen is very spacious for just me and has a garden and driveway, meaning that I don't have to park my car on the road - I wouldn't have received these features for my money at some other developments."

Using the FairShare scheme, Andy was only required to pay 85 per cent of the cost of his new house, and Charles Church contributed the remaining 15 per cent. He was able to receive significant savings on his new home and he only needs to repay the borrowed amount after ten years or when he sells his home. Andy found the scheme very useful, saying: "I was originally looking to buy an apartment and I certainly didn't think I could afford a two bedroom house! However, when I visited Paddock View I realised that I could buy The Arden using the FairShare scheme, as this dramatically reduced the cost."

Paddock View is close to Andy's family home in Frimley and also only a short distance from his job working in flight operations in Farnborough. He said: "This seemed the ideal location in which to buy, as it is an area I know so well, and still close to family and friends." It's no wonder Andy was happy to have purchased here; Mytchett is a modern community providing residents with a selection of local shops and pubs, and a highly regarded school. The area offers abundant opportunities for activities such as walking, cycling, fishing and boating at Frimley Lodge Park and Basingstoke Canal, as well as watersports at Mytchett Lake. Furthermore, Mytchett boasts excellent links, in close proximity to both the M3 and A30, and Ash Vale train station, providing fast services to London Waterloo.

Prices at Paddock View start from £146,213 using the FairShare scheme. For further information log on to Charleschurch.com.
