Living @ Park 25 homes sell at rate of five a month

Since the start of the year the leading housebuilder has sold 57 properties at the sought-after Surrey location, with customers choosing low-maintenance apartments and houses with no forward chain over homes on the second-hand market.
Tim Betts, Sales and Marketing Director for George Wimpey West London, says: "While there has been a slowdown in the national property market, sales at Living @ Park 25 have soared.
"From talking to our customers it's because homes at Living @ Park 25 offer very good value for money in a sought-after location close to Redhill town centre, have modern kitchens and bathrooms as standard, and don't need expensive improvements or redecoration before people move in.
"We also provide a wide range of money-saving incentives for customers, from paying the deposit for first-time buyers to helping existing home-owners find a buyer for their old property. Overall, we aim to make moving home simple and to wipe out additional costs - and this is what homebuyers want right now."
With two-bedroom apartments starting at £102,498 under the Government's First-Time Buyer Initiative at the development, and two, three and four-bedroom houses starting at £214,995 and ready to move into before Christmas, customers can take advantage of money-saving deals right now.
The three-bedroom ‘Dale', for example, is the perfect choice for first-time buyers, families and couples of all ages, and features a large living/dining room with French doors to the rear garden, a stylish kitchen, and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.
Upstairs, the landing leads to a double bedroom with en-suite, a third bedroom/study and a main bathroom.
The master bedroom with a spacious en-suite including separate bath and shower, and flooded with light from the deep Velux windows, sits proudly on the top floor.
Like all new homes at the development, the ‘Dale' is finished to a high standard specification including central heating and double glazing, and a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob and hood.
By coming along to the development and speaking to the Sales Executives, qualifying first-time buyers can gain a low-interest loan covering up to 50% of the purchase price of selected properties, helping them to reduce the mortgage value they need to secure, while still owning 100% of their home.
Interest-free for the first three years, the loan interest rate is then capped at 3%.
Living @ Park 25 is close to the shops, restaurants, pubs and leisure amenities of Redhill, including a weekly market and the Belfry Shopping Centre. Centrale Shopping Centre, just 10 miles away in Croydon, provides an even bigger array of outlets.
For children, there are good schools for all ages within easy reach, while commuters will appreciate Redhill Station is a short walk from the development, offering regular, 35-minute services to London Victoria, and 30-minute services to Guildford, while Junction 8 of the M25 is less than five miles away. For those heading abroad, Gatwick Airport is seven miles from the development.
