Brand new homes at George Wimpey's popular Living @ Park 25 development in Redhill have bucked the national trend this year, selling at the fantastic rate of five a month.

Since the start of the year the leading housebuilder has sold 57 properties at the sought-after Surrey location, with customers choosing low-maintenance apartments and houses with no forward chain over homes on the second-hand market.
