What House? Awards success for Consero Homes

The What House? Awards are noted as being the most highly respected symbols of prestige and excellence in house building. Recognising developers nationwide, the awards are chosen by a panel of independent judges and were announced during a ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Friday 21st November, where Consero Homes were on hand to receive their award.
Robert Osborn, Director of Consero Homes comments: “We are delighted that Woodland Drive has been recognised in winning this award. It is a mark of our commitment to high quality design that the project has been chosen ahead of such a wide range of luxury developments nationwide.”
Woodland Drive is a collection of three luxury residences with an international twist in the sought-after town of Cobham, Surrey, which provide the perfect space for living and entertaining.
The striking external façade is reached via a gated private driveway and draws inspiration from the project’s scenic woodland setting to include timber detailing and gently sloping hipped roofs. To maximise internal light and space, each home also features a double height glazed atrium to the rear.
Steven Glover, Director of Consero Homes adds: “We feel our attention to detail and consideration for high quality interior specification is what really sets Consero Homes apart, and has been a key factor in our awards success this year.”
Further inspection of the Woodland Drive properties reveals a range of high-quality internal features that are sure to have wowed the judges. The kitchens boast quartz and limestone-honed worktops, stainless steel ovens, twin Gaggenau wine coolers while the separate utility room offers an integrated washing machine and tumble dryer. A games/media room is fully wired for hi-tech home cinema.
Woodland Drive is located within the picturesque village of Cobham, a riverside community with an excellent range of shops, bars and restaurants. Cobham and Stoke D’Abernon station is within easy reach and offers regular train services into London Waterloo, taking approx 38 minutes. The nearby A3 provides a fast route to London and the south coast as well as links to the M25 at Junction 10. Heathrow is around 30 minutes by car and Gatwick 45 minutes away.
Consero Homes is a luxury property developer with an impressive portfolio of developments throughout Surrey and the South East.
