New home has the right formula in Redhill

Chemical company manager Dr John Rose and nutritionist Clare Williamson found the perfect formula for a new home together at George Wimpey's superb new development Living @ Park 25 in Redhill, Surrey.

"We decided on Redhill because there is good motorway access which is a key thing for us, and it is within commutable distance of John's job in Slough and mine in Sutton," said Clare.

The couple also received better value by moving out of the capital.

"We certainly got a lot more for our money than we would have in London and we like being nearer to the countryside," said Clare.

Their move was made smoother by taking advantage of George Wimpey's offer to accepted John's former home in part-exchange for the Redhill house, meaning they did not have to worry about selling his flat before they could move into their new home.

"It worked really well for us. They even packed for us, which made it as stress-free as moving house can be," added Clare.
