Inspire development wins two industry awards

Inspire development wins two industry awards George Wimpey’s popular Inspire development in Wallington, Surrey has won two industry awards from the leading housebuilder. The development, which saw the final homes sell at a spectacular rate, took the George Wimpey West London’s Site of the Year title, while Sales Executive Karen Newman won the Sales Executive of the Year award.

Site Manager Robert Gates, says: “We’re thrilled with the awards and delighted that the work of the whole team at Inspire has been recognised in this way.

“The Sales Executives who worked at Inspire, Senior Site Manager Mark Leahy and our builders and craftsmen, made a great team for our customers, not only in finding them the right home and incentives to meet their needs, but also in providing great after-sales care.”

Karen, who joined George Wimpey three years ago and worked previously at the housebuilder’s development in Aldershot, adds: “Inspire has been a great development to work at and we experience huge levels of interest even when the property market slowed elsewhere in the country.

“Our customers have been impressed by the high build quality, and that we can help them with every aspect of their move, whether they are a first-time buyer or have a property to sell.”

Inspire is now sold out, but house-hunters can still find a great range of new apartments and homes at George Wimpey’s Living @ Park 25 development in Redhill, and at the new Pinnacles development in Woking. For more information, visit georgewimpey.co.uk.
