Ask the experts before making your move House-hunters looking for useful and independent advice about buying a new home – and to save money in the process – have the chance to meet some of the area’s leading property market experts this weekend in Redhill, Surrey.

Leading local house-builder George Wimpey is hosting a special one-off ‘Ask The Experts’ day this Saturday 30th May between 11am and 4pm at its popular Living @ Park 25 development close to the town centre.

By coming along, visitors can speak to local estate agents, solicitors and financial advisors to gain the information they need to help them make the right move.

And in addition to having their questions answered, would-be movers can find out about the final selection of four-bedroom houses available from only £284,995 at Living @ Park 25, plus a range of additional money-saving incentives.

For example, first-time buyers can have their stamp duty paid up to 1%, receive a free mortgage broker service and a competitive mortgage quote within just 72 hours, and free removals.

While for those with a house to sell, George Wimpey can provide a fast valuation on their current property, market their existing home, pay the estate agency fees and removals costs, provide help with legal fees and take care of their Home Information Pack.

Marie-Claire Travis, Sales Manager for George Wimpey, says: “People still want to move home but are sometimes worried about getting the right mortgage deal or don’t want the hassle of selling their property, plus there’s the worry of all the additional fees and costs associated with moving house.

“Through our new ‘Ask the Experts’ scheme, buyers can benefit from the expertise of George Wimpey and its specially selected team of independent financial advisors plus save thousands of pounds, whatever their situation.

“By ‘Asking the Experts’ those considering moving can receive clear-cut answers to any questions they might have, to help them make informed decisions.”

Visitors can find out about the six homes remaining for sale at Living @ Park 25, including the stylish ‘Rochelle’ townhouse featuring a spacious kitchen/dining room with a door to the rear garden, a large first floor living room, two double bedrooms with en-suite facilities, two further bedrooms, a main bathroom, a cloakroom and an integral garage.

All new homes at the development enjoy a high standard specification including central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and hood.

Living @ Park 25 is close to the shops, restaurants, pubs and leisure amenities of Redhill, including a weekly market and the Belfry Shopping Centre. Centrale Shopping Centre, just 10 miles away in Croydon, provides an even bigger array of outlets.

For children, there are good schools for all ages within easy reach, while commuters will appreciate Redhill Station is a short walk from the development, offering regular, 35-minute services to London Victoria, and 30-minute services to Guildford, while Junction 8 of the M25 is less than five miles away. For those heading abroad, Gatwick Airport is seven miles from the development.
