Success for Charles Church in Addlestone When Charles Church Southern selects a new area to develop, the company carefully considers the best location with the right mix of luxury homes built with excellent kerb appeal and this is certainly the case at the homebuilder’s Foxglove Gardens in Addlestone, as the properties at the development have been sold ahead of schedule.

Tracey Lee, sales director for Charles Church Southern, explains: “It was only a matter of weeks ago that we were celebrating how successful our Addlestone site has been as we’re completing the development earlier than we had planned.”

She adds: “The fact that there are now just one property remaining is proof that the homes at Foxglove Gardens are extremely popular among a variety of househunters.”

The last home available is the three bedroom Denmore design, which is a traditional two storey property and comprises an entrance hallway, living room with double doors leading to the dining room, a kitchen and guest cloakroom on the ground floor. Upstairs meanwhile visitors will find the master suite with en suite shower room, while bedrooms two and three are serviced by the family bathroom. The Denmore is priced from £299,950.

Tracey concludes: “The Denmore design has been popular choices among househunters at a number of our developments, which is why I don’t expect it to remain on our portfolio for long.”

Foxglove Gardens is situated in the sought-after residential area of Addlestone, purchasers can take advantage of the comprehensive town centre, which hosts a number of local shops, cafés and restaurants as well as a selection of national high street stores.

Guildford, Woking, Weybridge and Windsor, are all within commuting distance and include further shopping facilities and leisure pursuits. Addlestone is also situated in close proximity to Junction 11 of the M25, meaning the City, Heathrow and Gatwick are all within easy reach.
