With a wonderful depth of knowledge in the required engineering and business disciplines, as well as doing everything in-house, therefore eradicating the dreaded sub contractor saga, Lutyens Bespoke are a unique organisation. Essentially Lutyens Bespoke will do everything for you, they manage the design, planning, technical building control, building work, interior design and the overall project management creating a stress free, efficient and cheaper building process.

Annabel Bishop, Director of Lutyens Bespoke, comments: “During our time as property developers with Tillingbourne Homes, we have been asked on numerous occasions to do specialist one off projects for private clients.”

Annabel continues: “Being a small, all inclusive team with years of experience in quality building behind us, we now feel we help clients with their projects whether it is building a new home from scratch, including planning applications and architectural drawings through building control or whether it is helping with the building of an extension, Lutyens Bespoke has the experience and quality to make life that little bit easier during what can be a stressful period.”

Lutyens Bespoke is the brainchild of Tillingbourne Homes, the hugely successful developer behind projects such as Warwick Heights, Guildford and the former suffragette house Furzefield in Peaslake, Surrey. Drawing on inspiration from the Arts and Crafts movement, Tillingbourne’s properties value artistry and detail in design. Typical touches include the hand made brick mullions in each window, copper guttering, owl boxes in the chimney and triple height entrance halls.

The guide price for Furzefield is around £4.25million and viewing is by appointment only.

Other projects by Tillingbourne Homes include Echo Heights. Boasting a unique triple gabled façade and spectacular countryside views, Echo Heights is a majestic property set on the edge of Guildford. Providing 7,600 sq ft of living space the home accommodates 6 en-suite bedrooms, spacious kitchen, lounge and dining rooms, as well as an impressive galleried library and top-floor home-cinema / games room. There is also an option for an indoor swimming pool which Tillingbourne will construct as an optional extra depending on the purchasers requirements.

Echo Heights is priced at £3.45million and is available through Hamptons International or Hill Clements.
