Penthouses up for grabs at First Central in Park Royal

20th December 2006 Print
First Central Park Royal Fancy a slice of luxury penthouse living in a fast rising property hotspot offering views of London and excellent commuter links? Look no further than award winning housebuilder Bellway’s First Central apartment development at Twyford Abbey Drive, Park Royal, where two penthouses are up for grabs.

First Central, built on the site of the former Guinness factory, is much more than just another new development of apartments. The scheme is set next to acres of green landscaped grounds that boast walkways, cycle paths, tranquil lakes, waterfalls and a 20-acre nature reserve. The area is vibrant as new business and leisure facilities are planned for the future. Yet the site is right on the doorstep of all that central London has to offer and boasts first class commuter links thanks to the
Piccadilly and Central Lines at nearby Park Royal and Hanger Lane underground stations.

The Aqua Building comprising 32 apartments has sold quickly and only the two penthouses remain, priced at £525,996 and £549,995. Seven storeys up, one of the three-bedroom apartments offers stunning views of central London, the other of Wembley, and both have two underground parking bays. Buyers at First Central can look forward to owning spacious, contemporary living spaces designed and built to a high specification with luxury fitted kitchens, integrated appliances, fitted wardrobes and video entry phones.

The final phase, the Coral building, is now on sale and almost half of the 58 homes have already been reserved. Prices range from £242,995 to £336,995 and the building is due for completion in July/August 2007.

Ian Sloan, Sales and Marketing Director for Bellway North London, said: “This is one of the most tranquil and unusual environments in north-west London. Apart from the excellent transport infrastructure, the views and facilities for residents are second to none. A quiet, leafy site but with access to two underground lines as well as the north circular and A40, this is a great location for busy professionals”.

According to Sylvia Newman of estate agents Blenheim Bishop, First Central is proving a lucrative investment opportunity as well as a dream home for many:

“With Park Royal attracting major investment from business and government it really is an up-and-coming property hot spot. It is a fantastic location that is seeing long term capital growth and good rental yields, with the infrastructure and location attracting good tenants.

“Since the off-plan launch of First Central in November 2005 we have seen a 14% increase in prices and we are confident of further growth.”
